we stayed for 8 nights in a king room with partial ocean view, and the property was clean. the staff were lovely and really made our experience enjoyable. it's located on the edge of waikiki, which was peaceful, but still just a short walk to the main attractions. we loved that it wasn't crowded. definitely a plus!
