Hotel was very close to nice restaurants, nice walk to the mall and to Waikiki beach, San Augustine church, beautiful Honolulu experience ,exciting we really love it.
Only I want to improve is the bathroom , more counter tops to place the things to get clean, and shower because we have to go out and get the things needed.

Loved the location in the heart of Honolulu!
Staff was very unorganized, hotel ambiance and cleanliness was fair. My party was a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) and my hotel room consisted of 2 queen beds. They tried to charge me for additional people (ie. My 2 teenagers) in error. There were only 2 sets of linens in the bathroom. Overall we weren't pleased and will not be staying at this hotel ever again!

Incredibly beautiful clean hotel with terrific staff who made the stay an awesome experience. Beautiful and lovely rooms with climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV, soft beds.

We stayed for 8 nights in a king room with partial ocean view, and the hotel was clean. The staff were lovely and. It's located on the edge of waikiki, peaceful, but still just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved that it wasn't crowded. Definitely a plus!

We loved the location, just a quick walk to the beach and the Honolulu Zoo. The staff here were super friendly and cute. Our room was spacious enough for our family of seven, and having flat-screen TVs was a nice bonus for the kids after long days out exploring.
My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.
